Job Responsibilities

As a dental nurse with us, you will become part of a cheerful and engaged staff group with varied backgrounds and experience. It is important to us that the entire clinic feels like a team where everyone is equally important and where we support and help each other in daily work. You will work together with dentists and other nurses, both in teams and individually, with the patient's best interest in focus. The work includes tasks such as assistance and/or prophylaxis. We welcome and encourage your own areas of interest.

As a new employee, you will go through an introduction program and receive good support from your colleagues. Folk Tandvård's joint days for new employees and training in the medical record system are included in the introduction.

About Us

The dental clinics in the Varberg area consist of Breared, Tvååker, and Västra Vall. We have close cooperation regarding staffing and patients and share common denominators such as a business manager, planning days, and staff as needed.

You will have your employment in Breared, which is the second largest clinic in Varberg with five treatment rooms.

You can easily commute to Varberg by train and then take a simple bus connection to Breared. Region Halland offers discounted bus tickets with Hallandstrafiken and favorable leasing options for a car or e-bike, for those interested.

As a dental nurse with us, you will meet a cheerful group with good cohesion. We work closely together in teams where everyone must take great responsibility for the clinic to function as well as possible for our patients. We also care about helping and supporting each other.

At the clinic, we perform examinations and cause investigations, as well as subsequent treatment such as fillings, root canal treatment, prosthetics, and surgery, including implant installation. We offer the possibility of anesthesia with The Wand, have a scanner for digital impressions, digital chat for patients, and access to OPG.

Qualifications

You who are applying are a trained dental nurse, preferably with several years of experience. The position requires that you can work in a digital medical record system such as Carita, Opus, or similar. Being proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, is also a requirement for the position.

You put the patient in focus and enjoy working both independently and in teams. You have the ability to understand and work from a holistic perspective for the benefit of the clinic. You are interested in systematic improvements and contribute to knowledge exchange. We value qualities such as engagement, teamwork, and being service-oriented. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.
