Job Responsibilities

We are now looking for you who are interested in working at Hallands Sjukhus Varberg together with us. The exact placement is determined based on the operational needs combined with your competence and experience. The main tasks involve patient care within inpatient services, including assessments, rehabilitation measures based on patient needs, and frequent handovers to the next level of care. In your daily work, you will collaborate with colleagues with different competencies in a team.

To ensure that you feel secure in your tasks as a new employee, you will be assigned an experienced colleague as a mentor and receive an introduction tailored to your previous experience.

About the Workplace

At the Rehabilitation Clinic in Halland, approximately 280 employees work today. Here you will find occupational therapists, dietitians, social workers, speech therapists, psychologists, physiotherapists, doctors, nurses, and nursing assistants/rehab assistants. We operate in close collaboration with all clinics that provide patient care.

At Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy at Hallands Sjukhus Varberg/Kungsbacka, we are approximately 35 employees; occupational therapists, physiotherapists, rehab assistants, and the department manager.

Qualifications
