Job Description

Your main tasks include home care services at night and responding to safety alarms for care recipients. As a nurse assistant in our team, you work from a rehabilitative perspective with an emphasis on dignity and well-being for the user. You utilize and stimulate the individual's resources and perform nursing tasks after delegation by licensed personnel. We work in the business system Intraphone where everything from planning, performed visits, and documentation is carried out.

The Safety Team is part of the municipal primary care as a business area. This implies close cooperation with HSL.

Here you work with colleagues who have good experience and competence from care and nursing work. We in the Safety Team work together and help each other when needed. Several professions are available to assist you, such as nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. Our focus is on doing what is best so that the user feels safe in their home.

Qualifications

We are primarily looking for you who are trained as a nurse assistant (and can provide proof from the National Board of Health and Welfare regarding the right to use the protected professional title). If you are applying for a position as a care aide, the requirement is that you have a care aide education (equivalent to 800 credits) and have passed Swedish 1. If you do not meet the educational requirements for a care aide, it may instead become relevant to apply for a position as an assistant.

Since we are legally required to document, it is of great importance that you are computer literate and can express yourself in Swedish both orally and in writing.

A B-driving license is a requirement for the position.
