Consultancy Announcement – Sub-Project Manager Documentation

We are currently looking for an experienced Sub-Project Manager in Technical Documentation for a long-term consultancy assignment with a leading player in the energy and infrastructure sector in Stockholm.

About the Assignment

In this role, you are responsible for leading and coordinating work related to technical facility documentation within larger investment projects. You work strategically and operationally with requirements setting, planning, steering, and quality assurance of documentation deliveries throughout all phases of the project.

The position is based in Stockholm, with work carried out at various facilities and project sites.

Key Responsibilities

Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

• Developing documentation plans, requirement lists, budgets, as well as time and resource plans.
• Ensuring that technical documentation adheres to established requirements and standards.
• Coordinating documentation deliveries between the project team and the operations/maintenance organization.
• Planning and driving documentation review processes.
• Supporting project managers and technical sub-project managers with documentation matters.
• Ensuring the delivery of maintainable technical documentation.
• Responsible for delivering project data to maintenance systems.
• Training project team members and contractors on documentation requirements.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who has:

• A technical university degree.
• Good experience in technical documentation and drawing management.
• Experience in similar assignments within technical facility documentation.
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• A valid driver's license (Category B).
• The ability to undergo security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Several years of experience in project or sub-project management within technical documentation.
• Experience from the energy, industrial, or infrastructure sectors.
