About the Role

Do you want to help develop the kitchen production of the future? In this role, you will work closely with the assembly operations and drive improvements that strengthen safety, quality, and efficiency in production. You will become an important part of the area management group for assembly and work both strategically and operationally to develop processes, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and turn analyses into solutions that make a difference in everyday work.

You will move between daily operations and long-term improvement work, with a focus on creating a stable and resource-efficient production flow. This is an exciting opportunity for you who want to combine technology, improvement work, and real impact in an advanced production environment.

Responsibilities
  • You drive improvement projects regarding safety, quality, and production efficiency in the assembly area.
  • You monitor, analyze, and develop work with OEE to improve equipment availability, performance, and quality.
  • You identify causes of planned and unplanned downtime and implement measures to reduce standstill time.
  • You ensure that processes and working methods meet the company's quality requirements.
  • You create, update, and improve work instructions and other production-related documentation.
  • You monitor production costs, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to cost-effective solutions.
  • You actively work to reduce waste and optimize resource usage in production.
  • You collaborate with several functions and contribute technical understanding of how machines, technology, and processes interact.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education.
  • Education or experience with Lean tools such as 5S, VSM, Kaizen, SMED, or Poka Yoke.
  • Good knowledge of OEE systems.
  • Experience working in projects.
  • At least 5 years of experience in production, with at least 3 years in a technical or leadership role.
  • Basic understanding of automation and its role in efficient production.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Engineering degree or equivalent.
