We are looking for a strategic and driven Technical and Maintenance Manager who wants to lead and develop our work within process, technology, maintenance, and safety.

In this role, you have overall responsibility for driving the Process and Maintenance departments via the Senior Process Engineer and Maintenance Manager, developing effective maintenance strategies, and ensuring that technical key performance indicators are monitored and implemented. You are also responsible for improving general safety and the working environment at the site through key activities such as risk assessments and the implementation of safety improvements.

You are responsible for the site's maintenance budget, technology-related projects, and procurement according to the SODA methodology. Using LEAN methodology, you drive improvement work, root cause analyses, and ensure that projects are handed over correctly to production. The role also involves actively identifying and preventing risks and ensuring that laws, regulations, and environmental considerations are followed.

This is a role for you who wants to combine strategic technical leadership with the development of sustainable and efficient working methods both within technology and safety.

The role is based in Värnamo and reports to the Site Manager.

About You

We are looking for you who have good knowledge of preventive maintenance, systematic improvement work according to LEAN or similar methods, as well as experience with the EU Machinery Directive. You are accustomed to leading and driving projects and thrive in a role where technology, structure, and development are in focus.

As a person, you are structured, engaged, and clear in your communication. You have an easy time building trust, driving participation, and coaching both individuals and groups. You are receptive and open to new ideas, while also being decisive, courageous, and confident in your leadership.
