About the Role

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for contracts and technical projects from start to finish. The projects include new installations, modernizations, ROT work (repair, renovation, and extension), and the development of existing building systems. You play a central role in creating structure, driving projects forward, and ensuring quality throughout the entire process. You work closely with customers, colleagues, technicians, and suppliers, becoming a key part of creating efficient and sustainable solutions for the buildings of the future. The role involves significant responsibility where you plan, monitor, and drive projects forward with a focus on quality, economics, and clear communication. You handle both ongoing project work and issues related to warranties, coordination, and handover.

Typical responsibilities:

• Responsible for project economics, schedules, and quality
• Coordinate technicians, suppliers, and other involved parties
• Procure materials and services
• Participate in construction and design meetings
• Monitor project progress and ensure documentation
• Contribute to long-term customer relationships and the development of working methods

This is a permanent position at Nordomatic, located in Jönköping. Travel is required, primarily within the Småland region, but may extend elsewhere as we follow our customers to other locations in Sweden. We work Monday through Friday with flexible hours. You work together with technicians, engineers, and other colleagues at the Jönköping office and report directly to the Department Manager.

We are looking for someone with experience from the contracting, installation, or real estate industry who thrives in a role that combines technology, business acumen, and customer contact. You feel confident driving projects forward and have the ability to create structure, build relationships, and keep many different parts together simultaneously.

You have a good technical understanding and are accustomed to collaborating with customers, technicians, contractors, and other stakeholders. We would appreciate experience from a technical and customer-facing role where you have worked with projects, coordination, or technical responsibility. If you also have experience in building automation, ventilation, security, or control and regulation systems, we consider this a merit. As a person, you are structured, solution-oriented, and communicative. You enjoy responsibility, are confident in your dialogue with customers and colleagues, and easily inspire trust. At the same time, you are a team player who contributes energy, engagement, and positive drive to the team. To succeed in this role, we would like you to have a holistic perspective and a business-minded approach where you can identify opportunities for improvement and create long-term solutions for both the customer and the business.
