We are looking for a Global Application Analyst who wants to take a central role in supporting, developing, and coordinating the company's global business applications and change initiatives.

About the role

As a Global Application Analyst, you are responsible for support, administration, and further development of business systems, applications, and integrations within the organization. The role is broad and combines operational support with business-oriented analysis work, change management, and continuous improvement.

You will work closely with both the business and IT functions globally, becoming a central contact point between users, suppliers, and internal teams.

Your responsibilities will include, among other things:

• Handle and drive critical incidents from analysis to solution
• Provide support and troubleshoot in Infor M3 as well as related systems and integrations
• Collaborate with external suppliers as well as operations and support partners
• Identify recurring problems and drive improvement measures
• Work closely with the business to collect, analyze, and document business needs and system requirements
• Participate in and coordinate releases, testing, and change work
• Ensure that solutions work from both a technical and business perspective
• Work with user support, training, and documentation
• Monitor system usage, performance, and service quality
• Drive improvement work within the application and support area
• Collaborate with global teams within IT and business to ensure long-term and sustainable solutions

The role involves many international contacts, and travel may occur as needed, primarily to the USA.

The position is based in Tranås, with the possibility of hybrid work 2-3 days per week.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with a strong technical interest combined with a good understanding of business processes. You thrive in a role where you take responsibility, collaborate with many different functions, and work solution-oriented in an international environment.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• At least 5 years of experience in ERP support, application management, or business-oriented IT work related to business systems.
• Experience working with business-critical systems such as ERP, CRM, HCM, payroll systems, workflow/automation solutions, expense systems, CAD/PDM, or similar business systems
• Good knowledge of Infor M3 and preferably related components such as ION or Factory Track
• Experience in troubleshooting, incident management, and release work
• Ability to analyze problems and identify long-term solutions
• Understanding of how different business systems and integrations work together in a larger IT environment
• Experience working with external suppliers and partners
• Used to working in complex environments with multiple parallel priorities
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of your areas
• Very good communication skills in both Swedish and English
