We are now looking for a Service Manager for our EL Service Team in Jönköping. We welcome your application!
Your new job
In this role, you work independently on various types of service assignments. You are also responsible for small installation projects from project planning to delivery.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Leading and engaging employees with daily contact.
- Developing and maintaining customer relationships, collaborating with customers in and between projects. Through engagement in the projects, you capture customer needs and meet them with solution proposals.
- Responsible for contracts and follow-up of economic results, technical quality, and documentation in assignments.
- Handling purchases, resource planning, and quality and occupational health and safety work.
- Being involved in Bravida's improvement work.
The assignments are varied and diverse; no day is like the other. While we value quality and happy customers, we also understand the importance of having fun at work. We all have a responsibility to create a fun workday.
Your new team
Your new team consists of service technicians who work towards all customer categories, with an emphasis on property owners, commercial operations, smaller electrical contractors, as well as private individuals. Installations within electricity, access control, alarms, and fire protection are our main areas.
To succeed in the role, you need:
- Experience in the role of self-employed entrepreneur, lead technician, service manager, or project manager within electrical work.
- Economic understanding from both the customer's and Bravida's perspective.
- Ease in customer contact via phone or preferably on-site at the customer.
- Hold a valid driver's license (Category B).
Great importance will be placed on your personality, as you, together with the Department Manager, create the daily life for both the department and yourselves.
The direction for the department is created by the Department Manager and you; the team is then built together with the technicians.
Personal qualities that will help you succeed
As a person, you are meticulous, have a structured way of working, and can easily recount your decisions. It is important that you have good leadership qualities, team spirit, and are open-minded. You need to be passionate about doing business.
Good administrative skills, accustomed to working with digital tools. Solution-oriented and receptive to customers and employees.
