Job Description – Project Manager

Holsby Metall is growing, and we are now looking for a structured and driven Project Manager who wants to take responsibility for our customer projects from start to finish.

As a Project Manager here, you are responsible for planning, driving, and following up on projects in close collaboration with customers, production, and internal functions. You play a central role in ensuring that projects are carried out according to customer requirements, on time, and with the right quality.

You act as the hub in the projects, where you coordinate resources, create structure, and drive the work forward.

Responsibilities

• Plan, initiate, and lead projects through the entire execution phase
• Coordinate between customers, production, purchasing, marketing, and technical departments
• Monitor project schedules, deliveries, and economics
• Ensure that customer and quality requirements are met
• Handle changes and solve problems that arise during the project
• Report status and progress both internally and externally

You are communicative and clear in your approach, and find it easy to collaborate with different functions.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
• Good computer literacy
• Experience in project management or a similar coordinating role

Merits:

• Experience from the manufacturing industry
• Technical understanding
• Experience with business systems, preferably Monitor
• Experience with automotive customers and customer requirements
