We are looking for a Global Application Analyst who wants to take a central role in supporting, developing, and coordinating the company's global business applications and change initiatives.

About the role

As a Global Application Analyst, you are responsible for support, administration, and further development of business systems, applications, and integrations within the organization. The role is broad and combines operational support with business-oriented analysis work, change management, and continuous improvement.

You will work closely with both the business and IT functions globally, becoming a central contact point between users, suppliers, and internal teams.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Handling and driving critical incidents from analysis to solution
• Providing support and troubleshooting in Infor M3 as well as related systems and integrations
• Collaborating with external suppliers as well as operations and support partners
• Identifying recurring problems and driving improvement measures
• Working closely with the business to collect, analyze, and document business needs and system requirements
• Participating in and coordinating releases, testing, and change work
• Ensuring that solutions work from both a technical and business perspective
• Working with user support, training, and documentation
• Monitoring system usage, performance, and service quality
• Driving improvement work within the application and support area
• Collaborating with global teams within IT and the business to ensure long-term and sustainable solutions

The role involves many international contacts, and travel may occur as needed, primarily to the USA.

The position is based in Tranås, with the possibility of hybrid work 2-3 days per week.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with a strong technical interest combined with a good understanding of business processes. You thrive in a role where you take responsibility, collaborate with many different functions, and work solution-oriented in an international environment.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• At least 5 years of experience in ERP support, application management, or business-oriented IT work related to business systems.
• Experience working with business-critical systems such as ERP, CRM, HCM, payroll systems, workflow/automation solutions, expense management systems, CAD/PDM, or similar business systems.
• Good knowledge of Infor M3 and preferably related components such as ION or Factory Track.
• Experience in troubleshooting, incident management, and release work.
• Ability to analyze problems and identify long-term solutions.
• Understanding of how different business systems and integrations interact in a larger IT environment.
• Experience working with external suppliers and partners.
• Experience working in complex environments with multiple parallel priorities.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of your areas.
• Very good communication skills in both Swedish and English.
