I am an energetic, social 12-year-old girl living with my parents and younger brother on a farm in Farstorp. I am now looking for a regular assistant to join my team - could it be you?

During the day, I go to school, and otherwise, I enjoy being at home the most. I love playing with toys and am very creative. I also enjoy being outdoors and riding a cargo bike.

Since I have limited communication abilities and may find it difficult to express what I want, you need to be attentive, patient, and curious to understand me and my expressions. I have a neurological seizure disorder and epilepsy, experiencing different types of seizures. Therefore, I need you nearby at all times, ready to support me if needed.

It is an advantage if you are physically strong, as I sometimes need help with mobility. You must also be a non-smoker and speak fluent Swedish so that we can understand each other.

It is important to me that you have a genuine commitment to working with people, that you are confident in yourself, and that you view the role long-term. Experience is an advantage but not a requirement. The most important thing for me is that we get along!

Since we live in the countryside, you must have a driver's license and access to a car.

The Position:

Approximately 65%, with varied shifts on weekdays from 14:00 to 19:30 and one weekend per month from 09:00 to 19:30. During holidays and summer, there is an opportunity to work daytime hours and more hours.

The position is open starting from July, but there is an opportunity to start earlier as an hourly substitute.
