We are looking for a personal assistant for a woman in Färjestaden!

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a female personal assistant for this assignment. Knowledge and experience within care and transfer techniques are meritorious. You should be calm and stable.

About the position:

• Part-time position of approx. 28 %, shifts are scheduled every Wednesday.

About our client:

Our client is a bubbly and cheerful woman in her 50s living in an apartment in Färjestaden. Her interests include writing, painting, crafting at home, and social activities. The woman was born with cerebral palsy and an intellectual disability. She needs support and help with everything in her daily life, such as transfers, care, cooking, household chores, and structuring her days. She is a lively and happy woman with a bit of a mischievous streak, not shy to tell a funny story or sing a song.

We are looking for you who:

• Are confident in yourself and have a good ability to adapt to the situation.
• Can handle stressful moments with a calm exterior.
• Enjoy both active and more passive environments.
• Have a sense of humor and see the importance of spreading joy at work.
• Are skilled at guiding without being judgmental or overly controlling.
