Do you want to contribute to people's development? As an HR Specialist in Manager and Leadership Development, you will become part of our internal coaching operations and an engaged team of 14 colleagues in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Sundsvall, and Örebro. Here, you will work closely with employees and managers to strengthen development, collaboration, and sustainable working life.
Coach, Manager and Leadership Development, Competence Development
Our internal coaching operation supports employees and managers in their development, with a focus on sustainable working life, collaboration, and well-being. You will work closely with both individuals and groups, focusing on development, learning, and sustainable results. Your primary focus will be coaching employees and managers. You will also facilitate group processes and contribute to the development of new concepts and working methods that create value for both the organization and the employees.
We are looking for someone who stands firm, both in themselves and in complex contexts, and who can confidently guide individuals and groups through development and change. You work proactively and consultatively with the business in focus. You collaborate effectively with others to achieve common goals, promote new ideas, develop solutions, and support innovative thinking.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a degree from university/college in HR, behavioral science, pedagogy, adult learning and/or leadership development, or has experiences/qualifications that can be deemed equivalent
- Has ICF coaching certification and extensive experience coaching both employees and managers at various organizational levels
- Has extensive experience facilitating groups both physically and remotely
- Has extensive experience working with group processes and facilitation at various organizational levels
- Has experience developing and implementing concepts and competence development initiatives for different target groups
- Has good pedagogical skills
- Has good communication skills
- Has the ability to create sustainable and trusting relationships
- Is confident and trustworthy
- Brings innovative ideas and solutions that promote development.
It is meritorious if you:
- Have worked broadly with HR issues, preferably at various organizational levels
- Have documented competence and experience working with both psychological capital and psychological safety
- Have a well-developed holistic perspective and can navigate in complex environments
- Have experience educating/training teams and groups at various organizational levels.

Other
1 position, full-time, permanent, with start date by agreement. There is an opportunity to work remotely if the operations allow. In accordance with the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's guidelines for security, background checks are conducted in this recruitment, and employment with us may also involve placement in a security classification. In this recruitment, work psychological tests may be used as part of the selection process. Location: Stockholm, Gothenburg, or Sundsvall.
