Customer Service Representative

As an employee in our customer service department, you will receive phone calls, emails, and chats from Mio's customers.

You will become part of a team with the goal of exceeding our customers' expectations! Knowledge, service, and preferably a personal touch are highly appreciated.

Your main task is to deliver world-class service and customer interaction. You will, among other things, answer questions related to sales, Mio's assortment, deliveries, and after-sales service.

We are looking for you who:

• Are service-oriented and have a good personal approach

• Have the ability to understand the customer's wishes

• Have an interest in furniture and interior design as well as an eye for color, form, and style

• Are computer literate and stress-resistant

• Enjoy collaborating but can also work independently

• Have previous experience from customer service, sales, reception, or similar roles

Working Hours:

We are open on weekdays from 09:00–18:00.

The position is 80% with an irregular schedule distributed across weekdays. There is a great opportunity for extension.

Other:

Applications are handled on a rolling basis, which means the position may be filled before the final application date.
