About the Role

This role combines practical maintenance work with advanced troubleshooting, automation, and improvement initiatives in a modern production environment. You will work closely with production to ensure high operational reliability and contribute to the development of future manufacturing solutions.

The work is performed on a 2-shift system.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Contact with suppliers regarding service, spare parts, and technical issues
• Electrical and mechanical maintenance of production equipment
• Preventive maintenance and emergency interventions during downtime
• Reporting and documentation in our maintenance system
• Troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving
• Collaboration in cross-functional teams

Who are you?

We are looking for you with education in electrical engineering and automation, as well as experience in industrial maintenance and work with electrical systems. To succeed in this role, we see that you have a good technical understanding, a solution-oriented approach, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Desired Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in industrial maintenance
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Education in electrical engineering and automation
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

Meritorious:

• Siemens PLC programming in Step 7 and TIA Portal
• Industrial robots, such as ABB and KUKA

Who are we?

We are a maintenance group with 30 employees and broad competence in electrical engineering, mechanics, and maintenance. The team consists of electricians, mechanics, shift leaders, planners, engineers, and maintenance planners.

We handle everything from emergency maintenance interventions to long-term improvement work and continuously work on developing both our competence and our working methods in close collaboration with operations.
