Our customer service representatives are our face to the public and are therefore very important. For this reason, we are now looking for a driven, empathetic, and social team member to expand our team in central Helsingborg.

In your role, you will primarily handle incoming calls, answering questions, resolving any issues, and striving for customer satisfaction. Other common customer service tasks may also arise, such as handling incoming emails from our customers, packing, and shipping SIM cards, etc. In our customer service department, tasks are varied, and we often try to adapt the workload based on your strengths. Are you a problem solver who loves finding solutions? Are you structured and organized? Then this job is for you.

Your profile:

To be considered for the position, you must speak fluent Swedish and have good verbal and written communication skills. Since we work with various computer systems, proficiency in computer usage is a requirement. We would appreciate previous experience in customer-facing roles, but it is not a strict requirement as long as you have the right willingness and drive to learn.

Requirements:

• At least a high school education.
• Non-smoker.
• Available to start within one month.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A strong desire to learn and develop.
• Experience is a plus but not a requirement.
