🌟 Personal Assistant for a Woman in Mariannelund

We are now looking for two new colleagues to join the team supporting a woman in her 70s in Mariannelund. The client has a neurological condition that limits her mobility, making your role as an assistant crucial for ensuring her daily life runs smoothly.

About the role & daily life

Since the client's condition means her energy levels vary, the days are largely dictated by her energy and daily well-being.

• At home: The focus is on personal care, transfers, and everyday household chores.

• Activities: When she has the energy, the client enjoys baking, cooking, or going on shopping trips to stores.

• Outings: Occasionally, longer trips are made to visit family and friends or to participate in other activities.

Working hours & schedule

We are looking for someone who wants to work approximately 40 %. The schedule is a combination of longer shifts and shorter interventions (approx. 1–1.5 hours).

• Proximity principle: Since some shifts are short, we are looking for someone who lives in the Mariannelund area so that travel time is manageable for you.

• Flexibility: There is "flexibility" in the base schedule, which means good opportunities to pick up extra shifts, e.g., during sickness or holidays.

Who are you?

We are looking for a woman who is confident in herself and has a high degree of personal maturity. You need to be able to read situations and understand when activity is required and when calm and rest are needed.

Qualifications:

• Attentive & empathetic: You understand how a progressive illness affects daily well-being.

• Responsible: You are meticulous regarding hygiene, transfers, and practical tasks.

• Social & positive: You gladly share the client's interests in food and shopping when the energy is there.

• Requirements: Female applicants only. Non-smoker and no fur animal allergies (a cat lives in the home).

• Merits: Driver's license and previous experience in care work or muscular/neurological diseases.
