We are now looking for an administrative whiz who wants to become the hub of daily operations.

About the role:

As an administrator and coordinator at this company, you have a broad and dynamic role. You will work together with the team to develop internal processes, while simultaneously being a central pillar in daily logistics.

You will handle among other things:

• Economics & Orders: Supplier invoices, system administration, and order placement. Support project managers with administrative tasks.
• Customer Contact: Handling bookings via phone and email. You manage purchases and keep track of deliveries.

Previous experience in the installation or electrical industry is a plus, but we place the absolute greatest emphasis on your personality, your energy, and your drive.

The role is located with our client in Stockholm.

Your journey with us
