About the role
As an Account Manager here, you will take on a social role with many touchpoints. You will quickly become part of the team and work alongside fantastic colleagues who share your high level of ambition. Your most important task in this role is to build strong customer relationships and create business opportunities.
Your team and development
Your team consists of several other Account Managers and an engaged Team Manager, Julia Selinder. Responsibilities
As an Account Manager here, you build and develop your own customer relationships. A typical day in this role involves:
- Prospecting: Searching for new customer contacts among potential companies that have not previously collaborated with us, as well as within our existing network. This is where you will truly contribute your drive and persistence to achieve results.
- Establishing contact: As an Account Manager, you start by processing the market through "cold calls." This is a crucial phase for establishing new relationships with potential customers and creating a solid foundation for your future customer base.
- Sales meetings: This is where the magic happens! This is where we introduce our services, allowing you to showcase your sales skills. You build good customer relationships, conduct needs analyses, and leave a strong impression.
- Market monitoring: To strategically map the future needs of our established customers. We can offer the most value when we anticipate customer needs and work proactively in our customer relationships.
We are looking for someone who
- Has a valid driver's license (Category B): A requirement to visit our customers.
- Has work experience: You have gained experience from working life and feel confident in a professional environment.
- Has good communication skills: You speak and write fluently in Swedish and have good knowledge of English.
- Have an educational background: Completed upper secondary education (high school).
We consider it meritorious if you have studied at a post-secondary level with a focus on business or have worked in a similar role within the staffing and recruitment industry.

- Start: According to agreement, preferably immediately
- Scope: Full-time, office hours
- Salary: Monthly salary with a fixed part and a variable commission part with no cap
