Experienced Coordinator with a focus on regional collaboration

We are looking for a coordinator for the Department of Value-Based Pricing. The department is responsible for investigating and reviewing which medicines should be included in the high-cost protection scheme. On behalf of the regions, we also evaluate medical technology products and medicines used in hospitals. A key part of our operations is collaborating with regions, industry companies, patient representatives, and other authorities.

Responsibilities

In the role of coordinator, you lead TLV's work on regional collaboration. This includes planning, preparing, and conducting regular meetings between TLV and regional representatives, so-called mandate meetings, as well as other regular dialogues. You maintain ongoing communication with regional representatives and develop processes, routines, working methods, and meeting forums for regional collaboration, including internal coordination and anchoring.

You provide support to investigators during tripartite discussions, are responsible for internal training and support materials regarding regional collaboration, and contribute a regional collaboration perspective to government assignments and other development projects at TLV.

You also contribute to the department's work on developing value-based pricing. You coordinate overarching assignments and development areas within the department, such as internal development projects regarding working methods or government assignments. This may also include larger investigative work. The work is cross-departmental and requires a holistic perspective.

You participate in the ongoing handling and investigation of cases, as well as mentoring and coaching investigators. Assignments and development work are carried out in close collaboration with colleagues and external actors such as regions, companies, authorities, healthcare providers, and patient representatives. You build relationships, create networks both internally and externally, and represent TLV in external contexts.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have:

• a university degree in areas such as health economics, pharmacy, biomedicine, or another university education relevant to the position.
• experience with TLV's work processes and case handling.
• experience in collaboration with and between regions regarding pharmaceutical issues – particularly concerning medicines eligible for subsidies.
• several years of experience in qualified investigative work at a government agency.
• several years of investigative experience within the pharmaceutical field and the Swedish pricing and subsidy system for medicines.
• good knowledge of the pharmaceutical field and the Swedish pricing and subsidy system, preferably through experience from agencies under the Ministry of Health and Welfare, the Government Offices, the pharmaceutical industry, regions, or academia.
• good presentation skills and the ability to express yourself clearly in speech and writing – in both Swedish and English.
• strong ability to build relationships and networks both internally and externally.

Merits:

• experience as a coordinator or project manager in an ongoing operation (i.e., in case flows concerning medicines).
• experience working cross-functionally and across organizational boundaries.
• experience leading and moderating meetings – both physical and digital.

Employment Type

The position is a fixed-term appointment (contract) for approximately 1 year. Start date according to agreement.
