About the job

We are now looking for a motivated and service-oriented store sales assistant with a strong work ethic who wants to spread positivity and energy in our store in Eskilstuna.
The position is a temporary assignment of 3 hours/week and will run until September, with good opportunities for extension. The appointment is expected to take place as soon as possible.
Responsibilities:
- Sales and customer service
- Stock replenishment
- Ensuring the store is clean and inviting
- Register work and participation in opening/closing procedures
About you
We are now looking for an engaged and hardworking store sales assistant who:
- Is service-oriented with a positive attitude
- Is a team player who sees opportunities rather than limitations
- Is willing to learn the Deichmann Shoes concept
- Is prepared for physically demanding work as heavy lifting may occur
We see many paths into Deichmann; your attitude and engagement are the most important qualities. You may have previous experience from service roles, e.g., restaurant/retail, or worked in a similar industry where you are used to a fast pace, or perhaps you are looking for your first job where you want to learn, develop, and have the right mindset.
If you are a person who enjoys people and wants to give that little extra to the customer, this job might be for you. As a person, you gladly take on responsibility and thrive on challenges. We also appreciate that you are open to working in nearby stores and that you have the possibility to work extra hours if needed. You must be at least 18 years old to work with us, and you must speak and write fluent Swedish.
