Who are you?

We are currently looking for you who have at least five years of experience in site management within the infrastructure and construction industry. To thrive in this role, it is essential that you are self-motivated and able to quickly get up to speed with new projects. Your character is characterized by being solution-oriented, result-driven, driven, structured, and stress-resistant. Furthermore, you work with great commitment and handle both group work and independent tasks equally well.

We are looking for you who:

• Have at least three years of experience working as a project engineer, contracting engineer, designer, site manager, site supervisor, or project coordinator.
• Have experience working on railway projects.
• Have experience within earthworks, construction, and/or infrastructure.
• Have experience with forecasting, cost tracking, and invoicing management.
• Have experience in risk management and good experience in scheduling, specifically with the tool MS Project.
• Have experience with the Swedish Transport Administration's (Trafikverket) administrative systems (e.g., C7, Project Portal, Projectwise) or equivalent.
• Have experience working in railway projects with tasks equivalent to UB 3.2.
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B is a requirement).

Additional qualifications are a plus:

• Experience as a responsible person for safety in production (BAS-P) or safety in demolition (BAS-U).
• Good knowledge of the general terms and conditions for construction and installation works (AB/ABT, ABK) and the AMA systems.
• Previous experience working with the Swedish Transport Administration (Trafikverket).
