Responsibilities and Tasks
As a communicator specializing in digital channels, you will become a key piece in the development of the Payment Authority's communications. We are looking for you who can spread knowledge about the prevention of welfare fraud in an engaging way across our channels. You work in a data-driven manner, follow up on results, and dare to test new approaches.
This is a role for someone at the beginning of their career who thrives in a changing environment where not everything is finalized, and where you have the opportunity to influence structures, processes, and priorities.
You will among other things:
- Identify communication needs, create communication plans, and execute planned activities.
- Plan, create, and follow up on content for digital channels and social media.
- Be responsible for newsletters.
- Be responsible for webinars.
- Work on the agency's employer brand in collaboration with HR.
- Handle web publishing in CMS (Sitevision).
We are looking for someone who has:
- Post-secondary education in communication or marketing.
- At least two years of relevant work experience in operational-level communication.
- Experience creating text, image, and moving content for digital channels and social media.
- Experience working in a data-driven manner and evaluating content and initiatives in digital and social channels.
- Very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish.
It is meritorious if you also have:
- Experience working with newsletters.
- Experience working with webinars or digital events.
- Knowledge of accessibility requirements (WCAG, DOS Act) and how they are applied.
- Experience working in the public sector.
Desired Competencies and Skills
To succeed in the role of communicator, you have high personal maturity and are self-reliant. You are also service-oriented and have good collaboration skills. Furthermore, you have the ability to see the big picture and are clear in your communication.

Other Information
The agency is located in Stockholm in modern premises near Gullmarsplan. The position is a one-year parental leave replacement on a full-time basis from 2026-10-05 to 2027-10-05. Security clearance may be required.
