Excavator Operators Wanted for Assignments in Luleå & Boden

Nkraft Bemanning continues to grow and is now looking for experienced excavator operators for assignments in Luleå and Boden.

We can arrange accommodation if needed, making this position suitable even for those living elsewhere.

We are looking for you who are driven, detail-oriented, and eager to work on projects alongside some of Sweden's leading construction and contracting companies.

About the Role

As an excavator operator with us, you will work on varied projects within site development and infrastructure. You are responsible for operating and handling the excavator in a safe and efficient manner, while being a key part of the production on-site.

The work can be during daytime hours Monday–Friday or in shift work (7/7) depending on the project.

Responsibilities

• Operating excavators in site and infrastructure projects
• Excavation, planning, and handling of materials
• Performing daily inspections and basic maintenance of the machine
• Working according to drawings, setting out, and instructions
• Collaborating with site managers, foremen, and other professional groups
• Contributing to a safe and efficient work environment

We are looking for someone who

• Has an excavator operator's license or apprenticeship book
• Has previous experience as an excavator operator
• Has a Category B driver's license
• Is self-motivated, responsible, and solution-oriented
• Thrives in a team environment

Merits:

• Experience with GPS/machine control systems

• Work location: Luleå & Boden
• Working hours: Monday–Friday or 7/7
• Start date: As agreed
• Salary according to collective agreement
