About the role

As an advisor here, you will work broadly within claims management – from invoicing to the various stages of the debt collection process. The role involves daily contact with clients, debtors, and authorities with the goal of finding efficient solutions and, as much as possible, avoiding further handling by the Swedish Enforcement Authority (Kronofogden).

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Customer and debtor contacts via phone and email
• Processing cases within the claims and debt collection process
• Credit assessments and administrative tasks
• Collaboration with authorities and internal functions

You will work according to established processes and receive a thorough internal introduction to our systems and ways of working.
