We are now looking for an experienced and engaged Payroll Manager who wants to take overall responsibility for a comprehensive payroll process and at the same time play a central role in our continued development. In this role, you lead our payroll team and actively contribute to creating a stable, efficient and future-oriented payroll function.

- Digital change journey – Actively contribute to the introduction of a new HR system and new payroll front-end system.
- Analysis and reporting – Prepare decision support, follow up key figures and ensure data quality as well as report to suppliers and authorities.
- Collaboration and communication – Be an important partner to HR, finance, managers and external actors.
We are looking for someone who has
- Deep payroll and regulatory competence and experience of complex payroll management, in larger organizations.
- Good understanding of labor law and collective agreements and how it affects the setup of the payroll system and the connection to payroll types.
- Experience of leading and developing teams within payroll.
- Documented experience of system changes or implementations in environments with several collective agreements, shift work and complex agreement interpretations.
- Experience of specifying requirements to system suppliers and ensuring that the solution really reflects the needs of the business.
- Ability to analyze data, see connections and drive improvements.
- High integrity, accuracy and a structured way of working.
- A communicative and non-hierarchical personality who thrives in change.
- Experience of working with salary mapping, benefit and compensation structures in both a Swedish and global context.
- Understanding of the connection between salary structure, benefit package and the company's total offer to employees.
Why Sodexo?
