As an Operation Manager, you lead our asphalt paving operations in Gothenburg, maintaining daily contact with municipalities and private actors. You are actively involved in both acquiring and driving projects. You plan and coordinate resources, both internal and external, and hold technical and economic responsibility for the execution of production, as well as responsibility for the work environment. You work closely with professional staff and other Operation Managers to drive the business forward. The role also involves close collaboration with Area Managers, Operation Specialists, and Area Assistants within your area of operation. You report to the Area Manager. To thrive in this role, you need to have a strong work ethic and be confident in your leadership role, contributing to employee development and helping the team succeed together. You must be structured, have a sense for logistics, and have a strong interest in achieving efficiency in all projects. You are a problem solver, eager to develop and learn new things, with the ability to handle multiple parallel tasks and enjoy not always knowing what the day holds. In addition to driving production, you are skilled at building customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and managing long-term collaborations. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.
