We are now looking for a new colleague for Restaurang Orangeriet and Restaurang Mode – two restaurants within MattiasMat with different concepts but the same high ambitions regarding food, service, and guest experience.

About the restaurants

At Orangeriet in Science Park Skövde, we work with a modern and creative lunch concept where seasonality, green elements, and bold flavors are in focus. Conferences are also an important part of the business here, and we meet guests daily in both restaurant and conference settings.

At Restaurang Mode, we serve a varied lunch buffet with classic dishes, modern flavors, and a generous salad bar where quality and variety are central.

Together, the restaurants offer two different environments – but with the same feel for service, quality, and well-being.

About the position

As a restaurant and conference host/hostess, you will become an important part of the guest experience.

The position is varied and combines restaurant service, conference hosting, and daily operations in the restaurants. One hour you work in the lunch service, and the next you prepare coffee breaks or welcome conference guests.

Duties may include:

• serving lunch and coffee breaks
• conference service and hosting
• preparation and replenishment of buffet and salad bar
• preparation of meeting rooms and conference coffee breaks
• cashier work and customer interaction
• light cleaning and daily routines in the restaurant

You work closely with both the kitchen and colleagues in a team where we help each other out and where the pace is sometimes high.

Experience from restaurants, cafes, conferences, or service industries is advantageous – but the most important thing for us is your attitude and feel for service.

About the employment

• Full-time
• Start date according to agreement
• Working hours primarily during the day on weekdays
• Some evenings and events may occur

Advantageous

• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Previous experience in conference service or restaurant work
