We are looking for a Production Manager for the weekend shift! Are you a communicative and confident leader who motivates, coaches, and helps teams achieve their production goals? We are now looking for a Production Manager for our weekend shifts, a key role where you will become an important part of Amcor in Mullsjö.

About the Role
As the Production Manager for our weekend shifts, you have a central and important role in the operations. You are responsible for ensuring that production runs efficiently, stably, and safely during the weekend, with leadership over both day and night weekend shifts.

Your task is to lead and distribute the work for the weekend shift teams with a focus on safety, quality, and set production goals. You are an present leader who coaches and develops your employees while building strong and independent teams. Personnel responsibility is a central part of the role, where you actively work to create engagement and involvement.

You ensure smooth handovers between weekdays and weekends and contribute to a unified and efficient process throughout the factory. The role also involves driving and following up on improvement work to further develop production and the working environment. Your primary focus is your employees and achieving clearly set goals together.

In this role, you are responsible for:

• Leading, coaching, and developing employees within the weekend shift team
• Planning and distributing work based on safety, quality, and production goals
• Ensuring efficient handovers and unified production
• Driving and following up on improvement and development work
• Creating a safe working environment and strong engagement within the team

You will become part of a team with three other Production Managers and report to the Production Manager.

Your Profile
We are looking for someone with experience in shift work within the manufacturing industry and who has previously worked as a Production Manager or in another leadership position within production. To succeed in the role, you already have experience leading in production and are confident in your leadership.

You are a communicative, attentive, and clear leader who motivates and engages your employees. With a few years of experience in a leadership position, you have developed your ability to create structure, drive work forward, and build trusting relationships.
