As an employee, you will receive comprehensive sales training where you will learn the fundamentals of selling. We cover how to communicate with customers, sales strategies, and all the tools needed to become a successful salesperson. After your initial training, you will receive product-specific training for the client you will be working with.

We work with various clients, and we are extremely proud that the clients we work with are market leaders in their respective categories. This means that as a salesperson at Pathways, you have the opportunity to gain more experience over time and work for multiple different clients. We also handle various types of customer engagement, including new customers, active customers, and former customers, which provides our sales team with a high degree of variety in their work.

During an interview, we will present ourselves in more detail, discuss the clients we work with, explain our working methods, and review our compensation system.

We just moved into brand new offices at the turn of the year, located at Västra Storgatan 4 – you can't get more central than this!
