About the job

Where do you see yourself this summer? At the beach or at Willys? Most people would probably say the beach, which is perfectly fine. But we would love to have you with us at Willys Karlskrona Slottsbacken this summer!

Position type: Part-time employment for 26 hours per week during the summer of 2026.

Start date: According to agreement.

Working hours: Your schedule will vary between early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements: We welcome applicants of all ages, but in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not hire persons under the age of 16 due to the nature of the tasks. You need to have good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written).

When you work at Willys, you get a fast-paced daily routine. You do everything from unpacking goods, working at the checkout, helping our customers find their way, and keeping the store clean and fresh. As a summer employee at Willys, you will quickly take personal responsibility and become an important part of the store team dedicated to providing our customers with the best store experience every day.

In return, we can promise that you will gain experience – for example in sales and service – that you will benefit from regardless of what you choose to do later on. Maybe you will stay with us even after the summer?

About you

• See when something needs to be done, roll up your sleeves, and get it done.
• It is an advantage if you have worked in a store or in service, but it is not a requirement.
• You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more languages than just Swedish, so if you do too, that is great!
• You take responsibility for your job, are punctual, and reliable.
• You have the prerequisites and personal qualities that make you a good fit for working with us. If you apply for the job, you will take a test that demonstrates this.
