We are looking for you who want to work as a Specialist in Dental Care Support!

As a specialist, you belong to the Legal Support Business Area (NAR) within the Department for National Dental Care, International Care, and Labour Market Support. NAR is a dedicated support function with a national mandate, and we are located in eight cities across the country. Here, we work together to develop and support the department's operations throughout Sweden, focusing on collaboration, quality, and competence development.

Coaching, Development, and Collaboration

As a specialist, you provide advice and support to case handlers and investigators regarding insurance interpretation and current processing procedures. By coaching the handlers and investigators, you contribute to ensuring they have the right competence to meet the needs of applicants and insured individuals. You contribute to creating a workplace learning climate, identify overall competence needs, and initiate possible training and development paths. The role involves contributing to the change and development of processes. The assignment also includes supporting unit managers regarding quality in case handling. As a specialist, you are part of the department's collective specialist support, which needs strengthening, particularly in Dental Care and Control.

  • have a university degree or experience and qualifications that can be considered equivalent
  • have current specialist knowledge/processing knowledge within Dental Care and Control
  • have a coaching approach
  • can understand and analyze complex issues
  • act on your own initiative and take responsibility for achieving good results
  • have good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • are confident and trustworthy, even in demanding situations
  • collaborate effectively with others to achieve common goals.

It is meritorious if you

  • have in-depth knowledge of social insurance, administrative law, as well as public access and confidentiality
  • have good knowledge of other benefits within the Department for National Dental Care, International Care, and Labour Market Support
  • have experience of conducting training and mentoring new employees
  • have experience of quality follow-up
  • have good knowledge of Försäkringskassan's website/self-service services and organization.

Other Information

1 position, permanent, full-time, with start date by agreement. Probation period may apply. In accordance with Försäkringskassan's security guidelines, background checks are conducted in this recruitment. Remote work is possible if the job allows. In this recruitment, psychometric tests may be used as part of the selection process. Location: Malmö, Umeå, or Åmål.
