The Role

• As a staffing assistant, your primary task is to fill replacement positions in the operations where needs arise.
• During the summer, you will mainly work with urgent vacancies that arise due to unforeseen absence or extra needs in our various operations.
• Your main work tools will be our time reporting system, Portalen, various Excel documents, and the phone.

The temporary position is scheduled for the period of week 25–32, but we would like you to be able to work some shifts beforehand so that you get into the rhythm before the regular staffing assistants start their vacation period.

The Staffing Unit is open every day of the year, which means you will also work weekends.

Is this you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Can work independently and make decisions in stressful situations.
• Is passionate about providing good service and support to managers/responsible persons in connection with handling vacancies.
• Cooperates well and communicates clearly in Swedish over the phone.
• Has the ability to see the big picture, both for the specific unit and for the administration.
• Likes and is good at problem-solving – some vacancies can be difficult to solve, and it is crucial that you have the ability to find alternative solutions.
• Has good IT skills.

Any post-secondary administrative education is meritorious. Previous experience with vacancy filling is also an advantage.

Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.
