You will step into a crucial testing function at a Swedish government agency where stable systems and high quality are paramount. Here, you will combine technical testing, tool management, and test automation in a Microsoft environment, while simultaneously supporting development teams in their daily work. You will become a key person in ensuring that test tools function correctly, that the team progresses in their automation efforts, and that new testing challenges receive well-thought-out solutions.

You will work closely with developers, clients, and operations in an agile environment where testing is a natural part of development. This role suits you if you enjoy switching between hands-on work, supporting other testers, and improving processes within the testing area. • You manage test tools and ensure they function, are updated, and are used efficiently.
• You provide support to other testers on how tools and methods are used in practice.
• You help development teams build and advance their test automation.
• You contribute to load and performance testing when needed.
• You work practically with testing within development teams and help drive quality in deliveries.
• You participate in competence networks for testers and users of test tools.
• You collaborate closely with developers, clients, and operations in agile ways of working.

• You have worked for at least 4 years with testing in a Microsoft environment over the last six years.
• You have worked for at least 2 years with test automation, including evaluating and implementing new tools, over the last four years.
• You have worked for at least 2 years with tool management for test tools, such as updates, configuration, and user support, over the last four years.
• You have experience mentoring other employees within testing.
• You have at least 1 year of practical experience as a software developer within the last 10 years.
• You have at least 2 years of experience with assignments carried out using agile methods.
• You have good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
• You can work on-site at the client's premises when needed.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not accepted).

• At least one year of practical experience with load and performance testing over the last six years.
• At least one year of practical experience with building frameworks for test automation over the last four years.
• Experience in holding seminars for small groups.
• At least one year of practical experience working with Azure DevOps Server over the last four years.
• Experience with security testing according to the OWASP Testing Guide.
