Cost Engineer Wanted for Exciting Projects in Helsingborg!

About the Role

We are looking for you with at least five (5) years of experience from a production or specialist role, with experience in costing and bidding within the civil engineering industry.

Our client works with a wide range of exciting projects in North-Western Scania, with the workplace being either at our office in Helsingborg or out on the project sites.

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare bid and contract cost estimates as well as production cost estimates.
• Documentation and follow-up of ongoing and completed projects.
• Support the site manager in purchasing and economic matters within the project.
• Support production in matters regarding production planning, project economics, contracting law, and contract administration.
• Contact with customers and subcontractors.

Requirements for the Role

• Technical or economic education as a university engineer or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in a production or specialist role with experience in costing and bidding in the civil engineering industry.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Meritorious Qualifications

• Experience working with costing tasks.
• Experience with MAP and BlueBeam.
• Experience in submitting text-based bids.

Since we submit many text-based bids, it is beneficial if you have a good ability to handle large amounts of information and compile texts for the bids we submit.
