About the role
We are looking for an engaged and driven project manager who wants to drive technical projects in a dynamic and cross-functional environment. In this role, you will have overall responsibility for work packages from planning to delivery, becoming a key player in ensuring high quality, efficient progress, and satisfied customers.

You will work closely with several functions such as R&D, production, and Supply Chain, where your ability to coordinate and communicate will be crucial to the success of the projects. This role is suitable for you if you thrive in a high-tempo environment with many contact points and significant personal responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and follow-up of assigned work packages
• Ensure that the project's scope, timeframes, and quality goals are met
• Coordinate activities between R&D, Supply Chain, production, and other stakeholders
• Identify and remove obstacles to ensure project progress
• Plan, coordinate, and follow up on the construction of production prototypes
• Ensure material readiness, build quality, and correct documentation
• Responsible for assembly, configuration, and delivery of Customer Delivery Units (CDU)
• Ensure on-time deliveries with high customer satisfaction
• Drive activities in the early warning phase and capture customer feedback early
• Initiate and follow up on corrective actions

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination or project management, preferably within the technical or manufacturing industry
• Strong communication skills and experience working with multiple stakeholders
• Structured, solution-oriented, and proactive in your approach
• Good ability to prioritize and handle multiple parallel tasks
• Curious, responsible, and willing to understand details when needed
