At Hestra Markis, we work closely with our customers in a daily life with many contact points. Inquiries, deliveries, and dialogues that need to be followed up are a natural part of the work. We are now looking for an Inside Sales Representative who wants to take a central role in the customer flow, where you get to contribute to how we move forward!
As an INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE with us, you have a central role in the daily work and become part of our Customer Management team. You work closely with both customers, retailers, and internal colleagues, helping to maintain the dialogue throughout the entire flow. The role involves many contact points, where you handle dialogue via email and phone, work with quotes based on our price agreements, and follow up on cases. The work is driven forward by ensuring the right information reaches the right place and that nothing falls through the cracks.
At the same time, you play an active role in driving the business forward in our relationships. Here, you work actively in the dialogue, follow up, and take the initiative for the next step. By following up, capturing needs, and seeing opportunities, you contribute to developing the business and taking the next step together with the customer, contributing to structure in how we work.
You act as a support to both customers and internal colleagues and contribute to developing how we work in our business system, Monitor, as well as in our future working methods. The role also offers the opportunity to visit customers and retailers, as well as participate in our customer activities and training within Hestra Academy. Here, you are expected to take active responsibility in the dialogue and in daily work. With a self-driven working style, you drive the work forward and prioritize with a good sense of what is most important.

YOUR PROFILE
We believe you have experience from a role in inside sales, customer service, or similar, where you are used to working closely with customers and handling multiple cases in parallel. To thrive and succeed in the role, we see that you are self-driven in your working style and take responsibility for driving your work forward. You have a business mindset in your dialogue with customers, follow up, and see opportunities to develop relationships over time. You have a good ability to create structure in your work, prioritize correctly, and maintain overview even when the pace varies. At the same time, you are communicative, confident in dialogue with different types of people, and thrive in a role with many contact points. We would like you to have experience with business systems, preferably Monitor, but most importantly, it is your attitude, your drive, and your willingness to contribute to both customer relationships and future working methods.
