Are you an engaged person with a strong drive to help people find jobs or continue their studies? Do you want a meaningful job where you truly make a difference? Then you are the person we are looking for as a summer substitute for our team!

About the position As a mentor within Rusta och Matcha, you support job seekers on their path to self-sufficiency. You work in a coaching and motivating manner to help them find the right job or education. Your work includes among other things:

• Individual guidance and coaching

• Matching with jobs and education

• Contact with employers and networking

• Support in application processes and interview preparation

Who are you? We are looking for you who have a positive attitude, are good at building relationships, and thrive in a dynamic environment. You are social, flexible, and see opportunities where others see obstacles. Inspiring and motivating people is your strength!

Requirements (meet at least one of the following alternatives):

Alternative 1:

• At least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system)

• At least two years of full-time work experience

Alternative 2:

• At least one year of full-time studies at post-secondary level with a passing grade

• At least three years of full-time work experience in one of the following areas:

  • Work leadership with personnel responsibility

  • Recruitment

  • Career transition work for job seekers

  • Study and career guidance

  • Processing of personnel matters (not just administration)

  • Work with working life and labor market issues

  • Work with social and group psychology

  • Career guidance

Desirable qualities and experiences:

• Strong network within the local business community

• Additional language skills besides Swedish

• Ability to create and maintain relationships

• Structured, proactive, and results-oriented

• Good communication skills and coaching approach

• Digital competence and experience holding online meetings
