Snitz Primary School in Hägersten, Stockholm

At Snitz Primary School in Stockholm, Hägersten, approximately 100 students in grades 7-9 attend classes. The school caters to students with neuropsychiatric disabilities (NPD) and has developed a pedagogy to meet the needs of students requiring pronounced special support. All teaching takes place in special education groups with fewer students and high pedagogical density.

Who we are looking for

Are you our new Spanish teacher? We are looking for you who have a teaching license in Spanish and want to be part of an operation that is passionate about student learning based on their individual prerequisites. You are genuinely interested in discovering students' unique strengths and challenges. You are confident in your ability to find solutions that best suit each individual student through interaction and adaptation of teaching.

You have an easy time creating trusting relationships and a well-functioning collaboration with both students, guardians, and colleagues who in one way or another collaborate regarding the students' health and knowledge development. You understand the importance of building solid trust capital in the role of mentor, where a good relationship is important for all students but directly decisive for some.

We are looking for you who want to be challenged in your profession and develop your teaching at a school where you need to use both brain and heart to achieve success. You can have long or short experience. It is competence, attitude, and curiosity we are looking for. Great importance is placed on personal suitability. It is meritorious if you have previously taught students with NPD.

About the assignment

The assignment is a substitute position as a Spanish teacher with a vacation agreement for a fixed term during the autumn semester 2026 and spring semester 2027. The teaching is currently scheduled on two school days, Thursdays and Fridays. You will be part of a work team where you will become an important part of developing the operation forward.
