Our client is a nationwide provider of security services, offering everything from design and sales to installation and technical support. We are looking for an engaged individual who wants to take on a role where practical installation work is combined with technical problem-solving. One day you might be on-site with a customer commissioning camera and alarm systems, and the next day helping customers remotely via technical support. The work consists of both practical installations and service assignments at new and existing customer sites, as well as office-based support work where you assist customers with settings and commissioning via phone or computer.

To succeed in this role, you have previous experience with, for example, electrical installations, network installations, camera installations, or alarm installations. It is certainly an advantage if you have worked specifically with cameras or alarms previously, but experience in any of the other areas also works excellently. Since a large part of your day involves direct contact with customers, both in the field and via phone or digital tools, it is crucial that you enjoy this social aspect of the role. Therefore, it is also advantageous if you have prior experience in customer service or support and feel comfortable working behind a computer.

As a person, you are flexible, have a high sense of service, and possess good social skills, which are qualities we value highly.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing
• Experience with camera or alarm installations is an advantage
• Experience in customer support is an advantage
• Access to a personal car is an advantage.
