EnRival AB currently has approximately 100 offices across large parts of Sweden, from Ystad in the south to Luleå in the north. Our areas of operation are Recruitment, Transition Support, and Education. Within Labor Market Projects, we are, among other things, a complementary actor to the Swedish Public Employment Service, and one of Sweden's leading providers of Job Matching through the service "Rusta och Matcha" (Prepare and Match).

Are you an engaged person with a strong drive to help people enter the workforce or pursue studies? Do you want meaningful work where you truly make a difference? Then you are the person we are looking for as a summer substitute for our team!
About the role As a mentor within Rusta och Matcha, you support job seekers on their path to self-sufficiency. You work in a coaching and motivational manner to help them find the right job or education. Your work involves, among other things:
- Individual guidance and coaching
- Matching candidates with jobs and education
- Contact with employers and networking
- Support in application processes and interview preparation
Who are you? We are looking for you who have a positive attitude, are good at building relationships, and thrive in a dynamic environment. You are social, flexible, and see opportunities where others see obstacles. Inspiring and motivating people is your strength!
Requirements (meet at least one of the following alternatives):
Alternative 1:
- At least 180 higher education credits (120 credits under the old system)
- At least two years of full-time work experience
Alternative 2:
- At least one year of full-time post-secondary studies with a passing grade
- At least three years of full-time work experience in one of the following areas:
- Team leadership with personnel responsibility
- Recruitment
- Transition support for job seekers
- Study and career guidance
- Case handling in personnel matters (not just administration)
- Work with labor market and employment issues
- Work with social and group psychology
- Career guidance
Desirable skills and experiences:
- Strong network within the local business community
- Additional language skills beyond Swedish
- Ability to create and maintain relationships
- Structured, proactive, and results-oriented
- Good communication skills and coaching approach
- Digital competence and experience with online meetings
