Personal Assistant Wanted – Mora (approx. 80%)

We are now looking for an engaged team member to join one of our customers in Mora.

Our customer is a man living just outside Mora. The job means that you will become an important part of his daily life, where days vary according to needs and condition.

To thrive in this role, we see that you are social, responsible, and proactive. You have a genuine interest in working with people and a good understanding of what it means to work in someone's home with respect for personal integrity.

About the position

The position is approximately 80%. Working hours include nights, weekdays, and weekends. On-call duties during the night may occur.

Qualifications

We would appreciate if you have previous experience in personal assistance or similar work, but we place great emphasis on personal suitability. As a person, you are positive, empathetic, responsive, and engaged.

Working as a personal assistant can look very different depending on the customer's disability, as well as because we are all different individuals, whether we have a disability or not. As a personal assistant, you compensate for what the customer cannot do themselves, so that they can live like others to the greatest extent possible. Working in another person's home places high demands on you as an assistant; there may also be a family to consider. It is important to have a sensitive touch to read how the customer wants things in different situations.
