In this role, you will work with one of Scandinavia's leading technology consulting firms, with assignments focused on Sweden's total defense. The role involves identifying and developing technical solutions with high demands for security, availability, and reliability. You will work in a technical environment focused on communication systems and command support, where integration, tactical flexibility, and technical documentation are central components.

The role requires both technical breadth and depth, while you also need to be confident in collaborating with various stakeholders – both national and international. It is important that you have the ability to build trust with both colleagues and customers through your technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware and software testing based on client and operational requirements
• Document results from testing and development
• Identify and develop technical solutions based on operational needs
• Coordinate and consolidate requirements from stakeholders
• Work systematically with requirements management and support users in defining requirements
• Take responsibility for the entire development chain – from requirements to operational system
• Create technical documentation such as system descriptions, manuals, and maintenance plans
• Handle hardware and test equipment
• Conduct training for the client

We are looking for you who

• Have relevant post-secondary education or work experience in areas such as communication technology, networks, radio systems, system development, or IT security
• Have a strong technical interest and follow technological developments
• Are accustomed to documenting technical documents in a clear and pedagogical manner
• Are comfortable handling hardware and performing simple repairs
• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing, as these languages are used in daily work
• Hold Swedish citizenship, as this is required since the position is classified
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)

It is an advantage if you have

• Previous experience from the defense industry or technical assignments within critical infrastructure
• Knowledge of encryption, radio systems, operational reliability, and system integration

• Travel is required both nationally and internationally to varying degrees. On average, there is one trip per month.

The position is classified, which means a security clearance, including register check, will be conducted in connection with employment (in accordance with Chapter 3, Section 1 of the Security Protection Act).
