Job Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced payroll specialist who wants to take overall responsibility for ensuring correct, efficient, and legally compliant payroll management.

In this role, you will work broadly across the entire payroll area and actively contribute to ensuring our payroll processes run smoothly and maintain high quality. You will collaborate closely with both Finance and HR and serve as a key support for managers and employees in the organization regarding payroll-related matters.

Your responsibilities include ongoing payroll work, associated reporting to authorities, and developing and streamlining our procedures. You also have an advisory role and contribute to creating security in matters concerning pay.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Responsible for executing and following up on the payroll process from start to finish.
• Ensure that collective agreements and pay structures are applied correctly and uniformly.
• Prepare and compile payroll statistics and reports for management and union representatives.
• Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on payroll-related issues.
• Work on quality assurance and development of our methods based on our digital tools.
• Participate in improvement work and projects to streamline and further develop payroll processes.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have experience in payroll administration and payroll processes, preferably in larger organizations with multiple collective agreements. You have a good understanding of regulations and collective agreements and have post-secondary education in payroll, finance, HR, or equivalent. You have good system proficiency and an interest in streamlining processes.

To succeed in the role, you have a structured and meticulous approach to the payroll process and thrive with many internal contacts and close collaboration between different departments. It is important to us that you are a person who wants to build trusting relationships with our managers and employees.

The group language is English, while daily work is conducted in Swedish.

The work can be performed from our offices in Växjö or Nybro. If placed in Växjö, you need to be flexible and able to work on-site in Nybro when needed.
