About the role

As an Administrator, you are a key part of a small project team of 5-8 people, working closely with the project manager and technical resources. Your role is central to ensuring smooth processes and efficient document management within industrial and technology projects.

Responsibilities

As an Administrator, you will join a project team and be responsible for efficient document management and administrative support in a dynamic industrial and technology environment.

  • Administer quality documents and self-inspections.
  • Ensure that relevant documentation is available on time.
  • Work proactively with document management and administration.
  • Support the project team with administrative matters.

We are looking for someone who has

  • Previous administrative experience
  • Good digital skills and experience working in systems
  • Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Good proficiency in English, both spoken and written
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)

It is an advantage if you have

  • Experience from the industrial or technology sector
  • Technical education at the upper secondary level
  • Interest in technology, industry, or mechanics
