About the client and who we are looking for:

The client is a 27-year-old man with functional diversity living in Sälen, Malung-Sälen Municipality. He is looking for you if you believe life is worth living and want a varied and fun job as a personal assistant.

It is an advantage if you are cheerful, positive, and flexible, and enjoy coming up with fun activities. Experience in the field is meritorious but not a requirement. The most important thing for him is that the personal chemistry is right and that you are responsible and reliable.

He needs you to help and support him in his daily life, whether it involves everyday tasks or various activities. Your workplace is wherever he is.

You should have a physique that allows you to assist him with transfers to and from his wheelchair when needed. Transfer aids are available in the home. He manages his manual wheelchair independently indoors, and uses an electric wheelchair outdoors.

As a person, he is positive, kind, and considerate. He loves to talk and often discusses everything from A to Z, and his knowledge base is impressive in the areas he is particularly passionate about. He considers himself quite funny and laughs easily. He appreciates both good and bad humor.

He enjoys video games, documentaries, and sports programs on TV.

About the position:

• 82% employment during the summer schedule.
• Substitute position as needed year-round.
• Varying working hours: days, afternoons/evenings, on-call duty, and occasionally overnight shifts.

We conduct ongoing interviews, so the position may be filled before the advertisement expires.

We perform background checks. You will need to provide extracts from the criminal record and suspicion registers upon employment. We verify the authenticity of these documents.
