Levanda Personal Assistance is a small and personal care company with great care for our employees. We are looking for engaged and positive employees who are passionate about working with people.

We are now seeking an engaged and empathetic personal assistant for a wonderful client on the outskirts of Skara.

About the client

The client uses a wheelchair. As his personal assistant, you will assist him with transfers, dressing and undressing, personal hygiene, household chores, etc. He requires many interventions during the night, including help with turning. Your workplace is where the client is located, both inside and outside the home. He enjoys video games and animals, among other things.

About you

We are looking for someone who is empathetic, receptive, and engaged. You are responsible and self-sufficient, meaning you can follow given instructions without needing supervision for every task. You enjoy working with people and see great value in helping others. You are seeking long-term employment where you have the opportunity to support a person in living the life they want to live.

Employment conditions

• The client has 24/7 assistance with awake nights.
• Working hours are 08:00–20:00 and 20:00–08:00.
• The summer temporary position corresponds to a 75% full-time role.

Qualifications and requirements

Experience in healthcare and social care is advantageous, but the primary focus will be on your personal qualities, as the chemistry between you and the client will be the key to a long-term collaboration.

It is a plus if you have experience with autism and have worked with young adults previously.

The client is looking for individuals aged 25 and above.

A REQUIREMENT is that you have a driver's license and your own car.
