About the role:

As a wheel loader operator, you will primarily be responsible for loading, unloading, and moving materials using a wheel loader within construction, industrial, or terminal environments. You are responsible for ensuring materials are handled safely and efficiently, contributing to a smooth daily workflow. Tasks may also include receiving deliveries, sorting materials, and performing basic machine inspections. Together with the team, you ensure that operations run efficiently with a focus on high quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Operating a wheel loader for loading, unloading, and internal material transport
• Handling inbound and outbound deliveries of goods and materials
• Sorting, placing, and moving materials within the facility
• Refilling and handling materials to ensure an efficient workflow
• Daily inspection and basic maintenance of the wheel loader for safe operation
• Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area
• Following safety procedures and working according to current occupational health and safety requirements
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure efficient flows and timely deliveries
• Contributing to a safe, efficient, and well-functioning daily operation

Qualifications:

• Experience operating a wheel loader in industrial, terminal, construction, or logistics environments
• Valid wheel loader certificate/license (e.g., C2 or construction machinery license depending on the operation)
• Good proficiency in loading, unloading, and material handling
• Ability to work independently and take personal responsibility
• Strong safety awareness and habit of working according to occupational health and safety routines
• Reach truck license is an advantage
• Category B driver's license and access to a car are advantageous
• Good physical condition and ability to work at a fast pace
• Good teamwork skills and a positive attitude towards collaboration
• Basic knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Working hours: Daytime

Employment type: Full-time

Salary: According to collective agreement

Start date: Immediately, subject to notice period

Other: You will be employed by us and work at our client's site, with the possibility of direct employment with the client after the staffing period.
