PropTech Energy is a group consisting of ten innovative and expanding companies: Ömangruppen, Axcell Fastighetspartner, P2 Energi, Alova, Inflo Ventilationsservice, Secon, APS drift och underhåll, JFK, KEAB, and Engi. The companies offer comprehensive solutions for properties, with specialized expertise in all different areas. Job Responsibilities

As an energy technician at Ömangruppen, you work with service tasks within areas such as ventilation, control/regulation, cooling, and heating/energy. You ensure that your work out at our customers' sites leads to well-maintained facilities with reduced energy and operating costs. You establish and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers. You are responsible for independently driving projects.

• Perform minor service installations
• Balancing and control/regulation
• Emergency service at customer sites
• Upselling

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

• Good technical knowledge and experience within the ventilation industry
• Good system familiarity
• Good knowledge of Office
• Category B driver's license
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Advantageous with work experience within cooling/refrigeration
• Advantageous with a refrigeration certificate
